IMPORTANT INFO

• REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS BY GROUP: We ask that you please register through your Youth or Children's Pastor. If your church is not bringing a group to the event and individual registration is needed, please send an email using the contact info below.  

​

•  PARENT CONSENT/MEDICAL RELEASE FORM:  A signed Parent Consent/Medical Release Form will be required for every student and must be turned in at registration upon arrival. Students without a signed form will not be allowed to stay and participate in the Boy's Campout.

​

• YOUTH & CHILDREN'S PASTOR: We ask that you keep cabin leaders at 2 per every 10 campers with the exception of father's who would like to enjoy this weekend with their son/s. Please make this weekend available to them. If you have other volunteers that would like to assist at the event in other areas, please contact us for availability.
