I am so honored to serve among the bold and beautiful women of Ohio.  I look forward to coming alongside you in your personal, spiritual, and ministerial journey.

Church of God Women’s Ministries strives to develop passionate, Spirit-filled women of God by recognizing each woman as unique and gifted by our Creator, providing relevant resources to grow in Christ, encouraging authentic relationships, and offering leadership opportunities to become confident followers of Christ.  Let’s continue to join our hearts and hands together to connect, to encourage, to build one another up to be bold and beautiful women living out our Kingdom purpose. We are better together!

I thank my God every time I remember you.  In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.  Philippians 1:3-6

If I can serve you in any way, please feel free to contact me via email at jperkins@ohiocog.com or call the state office at 614.254.5300

Smoky Mountain Children’s Home is a private, faith based, non-profit, multi-service agency that provides care, love, and healing to children and youth who have no one else to advocate for or care for them. Nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains in Sevierville, TN is a sprawling campus of hope that provides exceptional care for at-risk children and teens through their Adoption, Foster Care and Residential programs.

Ohio is making an eternal investment by providing a beautiful and safe home to ensure these young people have a brighter future.  Recently, your donations made a complete remodel possible. Your continued financial support will ensure that these children continue to thrive, and the physical needs of the home are sustained.

Poppi’s Dream - Project #020-8207

Church of God International Women’s Ministries is focusing on the children of Indonesia. Child poverty is one of the most troubling matters the country faces. The lack of essentials such as adequate nourishment, education and healthcare is prevalent among the most vulnerable in Indonesia. Poppi’s Dream is to minister to the children’s heads, hearts and hunger. Through this God-sized dream, children are being educated, protected, fed and able to grow and thrive.

There are three ministries in urgent need of assistance: Poppi’s Kitchen (Feeding Centers), a school building in Papua, and two dormitories (one for boys, one for girls) in West Kalimantan.

The dream is big. The impact is eternal. The children are waiting.

Make this dream a reality.

  • Send donations to the State Office to the attention of Women’s Ministries. Funds will be forwarded to International Women’s Ministries.

  • Be prepared to give an offering for Poppi’s Dream at our 2026 Women’s Conference.

Alma’s closet is made available at each General Assembly as a ministry to our missionaries. Our women missionaries, attending from around the world, can choose new clothing and accessories donated by faithful partners.

Redemption Point Church of God in Ooltewah organizes this massive endeavor. The deadline for donations to RPC is July 1, 2026.
