Great leaders have one thing in common, and that is that they never stop developing. A Next Level Leader is one who is continually seeking knowledge and growth and is committed to constant learning. It makes them knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable.
Through our Y&D Next-Level Leadership development programs, we want to create a space for community, strategic training, and mentoring that will Care, Affirm, Resource, and Encourage our next-gen leaders and students as they run with perseverance the race set before them (Herb. 12:1).
The Y&D Next-Level Leadership program will be a 5-month training and mentoring resource for next-gen leaders (full-time, part-time, or volunteer) seeking to build a healthy and growing ministry and personal leadership development. This program will also serve student leaders (ages 14-17) that have a call from God on their lives and have shown leadership potential.
Three program will be divided into three different groups that will equip the three key leadership areas within next-gen ministries: Youth Leaders, Children Leaders & Student Leaders. Each month, each cohort will consist of training content along with a virtual meeting with a group mentor and fellow leaders. Regardless of ministry size or time served leading a ministry, you will be equipped with tools and relationships to help you and your ministry develop new levels of impact and influence.

NO CHARGE FOR STUDENT LEADER PROGRAM (AGES 14-17)
Our Next-Level Leadership Program will begin at the end of January 2023 and run through May.
Our Youth & Children Next-Level Leadership Program will have a registration fee of $35.00 per month or one full payment of $175.00.
While the registration fee is a small investment into your leadership development, we never want funds to come in the way of your growth. Therefore, don't hesitate to contact our Y&D Dept if financial support is needed.
While there will be no cost to students who participate in the Student Leader Program, students who desire to serve in the 2023 Youth Camp Season will be required to participate as part of their preparation to serve.

For our Youth & Children's Next-Level Leadership cohorts, we will partner with two amazing ministries that help equip and mentor next-gen leaders across the country. Lynn Swank serves as the Children's Discipleship Facilitator for Pathway Press and will lead our Children's Leadership Cohort. Lynn comes to us with 30+ years of ministry experience as a children's pastor, conference speaker, and ministry mentor. Eran Holt is the director of Lead The Generations and will lead our Youth Leadership Cohort. Eran comes to us with over 25 years of ministry experience as a youth pastor, evangelist, and leadership coach. A passion fuels both Lynn and Eran to inspire leaders to become spiritual mothers and fathers who will raise up an army of students to lead their generation.
